Iconic two-wheeler maker Royal Enfield has a model that fans have been eagerly awaiting for the past few days.  This model is nicknamed the Hunter 250.  The Hunter is rumored to be Royal Enfield's first 250cc bike and another Himalayan adventure bike.

Now Hunter is back in the news.  According to unofficial pictures, the Hunter will be a retro modern roadster bike.  The vehicle is reported to come with a sporty look, oversized seat, effortless seating-position and small handle bars.

Expect a redesigned tail lamp and different exhaust at the Royal Enfield Hunter.  The Hunter 350 will feature a new instrument cluster, including tripper navigation.  The Royal Enfield Hunter is expected to go on sale in the second quarter of this year at around Rs 2 lakh.

What is Hunter?

Even the name Hunter is not so credible.  However, there have been unconfirmed reports that Royal Enfield Trademarks have applied for the name for their new bike.

The Hunter will be a dual purpose bike and the 250cc bike is expected to be in the range of the Himalayan bike.  Inspired by the Royal Enfield Classic and Thunderbird bikes, the Hunter will be available on a relatively lightweight platform.  It is rumored that the construction will be completed using budget friendly parts to reduce the cost of the vehicle.

Indications are that a mono-shock suspension will be provided on the back of this bike.  The front will have a standard telescopic suspension.  ABS safety is provided along with the front and rear disc brakes as well as the base model.

The manufacturers are also planning to innovate in the engine.  The bike will be powered by a new 250cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine.  The closest rival, the Java 42, is expected to have similar power.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.  The Hunter will probably be Royal Enfield's least depilatory bike in the 250cc segment.  The new Royal Enfield bike will compete with the Hero Explosives and the BMW G310GS.  The manufacturer has not officially revealed further details of the bike.  Therefore, it is important to know whether the hunter is coming or not.
